InstallerNet Appoints Bill Ali to Vice President

NORTH ANDOVER, MA 1/5/2011… InstallerNet, a Boston-based company that provides a content and technology based platform to coordinate and manage installation of consumer electronics in the United States and Canada, today announced the appointment of Bill Ali as their Vice President of Strategic Operations. In this role Mr. Ali will be responsible for critical development and launch activities across all lines of business and strategic partnerships.

Mr. Ali brings more than 25 years of industry experience and expertise. Prior to joining InstallerNet, he worked for Best Buy and held the position as Senior Product Manager and Divisional Team Leader. He was instrumental in establishing a company-wide installation strategy, focused on vehicle integration, to capitalize on emerging technology and projected customer demands. He was also responsible for the development of Geek Squad’s Entertainment Services department where he received an Honorary Chairman’s Award. In 2010 he led the development of Best Buy’s Geek Squad brand in China to establish services related to Computer, Networking, Data Security and Home Theater.
